Spring is near — and in the case of Starbucks, it’s already here.
Starbucks’ spring menu drops on Tuesday, March 3, and is full of lavender, coconut, ube, and matcha. The Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Creme Frappuccino are making comebacks, joined by a new cutesy Frog Cake Pop.
The coffee chain is also introducing a new chai recipe on March 3, featuring notes of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger, sweetened with two grams of honey. The recipe allows customers to control their own sweetness by leaving the drink unsweetened or by adding their ideal number of classic syrup pumps. Other syrup flavors, like vanilla, can also be added to dial back the chai’s spicy notes, according to a news release.
Here’s what to know about the 2026 Starbucks spring menu.
